01 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betapk platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with betapk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betapk. betapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided through the Platform or via the registered email address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register for and use the betapk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and betapk's operating policies, no person under 21 years of age may register for an Account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the betapk platform. This restriction is absolute and non-waivable.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the betapk platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory exclusion from gambling activities imposed by any authority in the Philippines or elsewhere.
• One Account: You may only hold one registered Account on the betapk platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the betapk platform, you are required to create a registered Account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify betapk immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including for the purpose of placing bets or conducting transactions on your behalf.
• Use your Account exclusively for personal, recreational gaming purposes and not for commercial or professional gambling operations.

betapk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have previously notified betapk of a security breach in writing.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. betapk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. betapk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees for which betapk bears no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. betapk does not process third-party withdrawals.
• betapk reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of active bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements may not be processed until those requirements are satisfied.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the betapk platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions via USDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. betapk maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. betapk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending AML review and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by applicable law.

06 Gameplay & Fairness

betapk offers a range of gaming products including slots, live dealer table games, fish table games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and crash games. All game outcomes on the betapk platform are determined as follows:

• RNG Games (Slots, Virtual Games, Crash): Outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with applicable standards.
• Live Dealer Games: Outcomes are determined by physical events — card shuffles and deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls — conducted by human dealers in licensed studio environments and streamed in real time. betapk does not control or influence the physical outcome of live dealer games.
• Sports Betting & Sabong: Outcomes are determined by real sporting events and cockfighting bouts conducted by independent organizations. betapk offers betting on these events based on odds calculated independently.

All bets are final once confirmed by the betapk system. betapk reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, or where fraud or collusion is suspected. In the event of a verified system error that results in an incorrect payout, betapk reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment from the affected Account.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

betapk offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all betapk promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Account upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions specified for each promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method).
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contribution percentages are detailed in the specific promotion's terms.
• betapk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or manipulation is identified.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless otherwise explicitly stated. Duplicate Account holders will be disqualified from all bonuses and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited and removed from the Player's Account without further notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the betapk platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one Account on the betapk platform (whether under the same identity or a different identity).
• Allowing another person to use your Account or using another person's Account.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technology to interact with the betapk platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the betapk platform.
• Attempting to exploit identified errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on any part of the betapk platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening betapk staff, customer support agents, live dealers, or other Players.

Violations of this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the betapk platform — including but not limited to the betapk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, text, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary property of betapk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

betapk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betapk platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any betapk content; use the betapk brand name, trademark, or logo for any commercial purpose; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, betapk expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The betapk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

betapk shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the operation of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond betapk's reasonable control (including internet outages, telco network disruptions affecting Philippine players, or acts of God).
• Any loss of Funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where betapk was not at fault.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the betapk platform.
• Any decision you make to place a bet or engage in gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betapk's liability for death or personal injury caused by betapk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Laws.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 By betapk. betapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Funds therein, where betapk reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent personal information.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity has been conducted through the Account.
• A regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request requires suspension or closure of the Account.
• The Player is or becomes ineligible to use the betapk platform under these Terms.

11.2 By the Player. You may close your betapk Account at any time by submitting a written request to the betapk customer support team via live chat or the registered support email address. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable processing times and KYC completion.

12 Responsible Gaming

betapk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the welfare of its Players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every registered Player's Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you may deposit within a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic logouts triggered after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary restrictions on Account activity for periods of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion from the betapk platform for a defined period or indefinitely, during which betapk will prevent you from accessing your Account or creating a new Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding.

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, betapk encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings immediately and to seek professional support. Responsible gaming resources and support services are available to Philippine residents through qualified organizations. betapk also cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by Players in connection with their use of the betapk platform is governed by betapk's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

betapk processes Player data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Player data may be shared with third-party service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services), regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the betapk platform, you agree to follow the following resolution procedure:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the betapk customer support team via live chat or the registered support email address. Provide a clear description of the issue, the relevant date(s), transaction reference numbers (if applicable), and the outcome you are seeking.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: betapk will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and conduct an internal review. betapk aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case betapk will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal review, betapk will provide information regarding applicable escalation options in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

All game round outcomes that have been settled and are displayed in your Account transaction history are final and shall not be reversed except in cases of verified system error or manifest mathematical error confirmed by betapk's technical team.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Applicable Laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or regulatory bodies as prescribed under Applicable Laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits or restricts betapk's ability to seek equitable or injunctive relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction where betapk reasonably believes its rights may be at risk.

16 Amendments to These Terms

betapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at betapk.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

betapk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via on-site notification or communication to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the Account. Your continued use of the betapk platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you may close your Account as described in Section 11.2.
